Join the Fight Against Senior Loneliness and Build Community Connections
Become part of a dedicated team of young volunteers who visit elderly individuals or those experiencing isolation on a regular basis. Engage in meaningful conversations, organize enjoyable activities, and coordinate group events to enhance social interactions. Additionally, contribute to digital literacy workshops aimed at helping seniors navigate technology.
Your Objectives:
- Address the issue of senior loneliness
- Support independence among the elderly
- Encourage well-being and foster intergenerational relationships
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to elderly individuals or those in isolation
- Plan and facilitate group activities and outings
- Assist in conducting digital workshops
Training and Guidance:
Undergo a comprehensive training program lasting one month prior to commencing your service. Enjoy ongoing support from a dedicated team coordinator throughout your mission.
