Job Description
We seek a skilled Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of our installed tools.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert technical support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborating with Installation Engineers to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Representing KLA as the face of our company, maintaining operational quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A certified engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with customers.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- A full driver's license.
