Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR IT Domain Leader to join our team. As a key member of our new HRIS team, you will oversee and manage several applications from an IT standpoint, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of technology solutions to support our processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap for HR applications, ensuring optimal performance and simplification of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Business and IT Teams: Work closely with business and IT teams to identify and implement enhancements, streamline processes, and drive data integrity across the IT ecosystem.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- HRIS Project Management: Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data conversions.
- Data Integrity: Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes and data protection regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in system maintenance, deployment, and project management.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and experience with HR systems, including system maintenance, integrations, and project management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
