As a key member of the IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Market (IT ICM) team within our Information Systems division, the End User Computing & Security Tools Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the operational integrity of:

  • Tools that manage the end-user computing environment (administration, monitoring, software updates, application management, etc.)
  • Various components of end-user computing (including laptops, desktops, smartphones, operating systems, and global software layers), along with workstation security measures (Antivirus, Endpoint Detection & Response, Web filtering, Mobile Device Management)
  • Actively contributing to the definition, implementation, and deployment of standards in collaboration with technical project managers and local security teams.
Key Responsibilities: Mission 1: Operational Management
  • Oversee and manage central/global operations, ensuring the maintenance of network, telecommunications, and video conferencing infrastructure.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships (e.g., Datacenter, WAN) and facilitate relevant meetings.
  • Provide support to application, technical, and support teams on an international scale.
  • Handle level 2 and 3 incidents in coordination with the local IT Service Desk and end users.
  • Develop and enforce processes with service providers and IT teams based on industry standards (e.g., ITIL Service Management).
  • Serve as the liaison between internal teams and subcontractors for operations, WAN, and cloud solutions.
  • Conduct regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on activities and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Lead problem resolution efforts and organize troubleshooting sessions for significant issues.
  • Configure and install network equipment and software as necessary (e.g., Firewalls, Switches, Routers, software/virtual machine installations).
  • Occasionally travel for deployments and maintenance as required.
  • Ensure that service level metrics regarding reliability, availability, scalability, and performance are consistently met or exceeded.
Mission 2: Project Support & Coordination
  • Engage in the implementation of technical projects (task identification, effort evaluation, scheduling).
  • Identify needs and technical resources necessary for project execution.
  • Plan project-related activities in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Propose solutions for integrating requirements into Clarins Infrastructure (Infrastructure & Security).
  • Assist in the implementation of solutions with internal teams and subsidiaries.
  • Create technical documentation (DAT, DEX) for implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with Clarins IT teams and internal clients for business project support.
  • Supervise and manage external service providers for system maintenance and technical solution implementation.
  • Adhere to internal project methodologies.
Mission 3: Application, Enforcement & Control of Network IT Policy & Standards
  • Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to group-defined standards.
  • Monitor and enhance group technology governance as necessary.
  • Document technical solutions and ensure that documentation is updated throughout development and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to implement security policies.
  • Suggest improvements for processes, standards, and services.
Mission 4: Reporting/Communication
  • Report technical activities to the Systems and Networks Manager.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status and progress related to the Network area.
You Are:
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication, including English, capable of leading activities and conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and open-minded.
  • Analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the capacity to work in project mode.
  • Fluent in English.
You Have:
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
  • Over 7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of infrastructures, technical architecture, applications, and services.
  • International work experience.
  • Proficiency in documenting standards and participating in project execution.
  • Familiarity with ITIL (Incident/Change Management) processes.
Technical & Methodological Skills:
  • Networks (WAN/LAN/WIFI): Cisco, Subnetting/VLAN, Routing, VPN, MPLS, Meraki, NetFlow.
  • Security: Palo Alto/FortiGate, F5, Zscaler, Certificates, OpenSSL.
  • Virtualization: VMWare, VDI Horizon.
  • OS & Scripting: Windows, Linux, PowerShell.
  • Infrastructure Services: DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SFTP.
  • Authentication: AD, Azure AD, ADFS.
  • Video & VOIP: Yealink, Cisco.
  • Cloud & Digital: Azure, AWS, Office 365, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
  • Databases: SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Scheduling: OpCon, Task Scheduler.
Processes & Standards:
  • Prince 2, Agile, PMI, COBIT/ITIL, ISO.
