Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Engineer at RATP Smart Systems plays a crucial role in automating testing workflows and ensuring the integrity of ticketing system components. This position involves close collaboration with the testing team to formulate and implement testing protocols, thereby contributing to the comprehensive testing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee deployment versions
  • Assist in developing the testing strategy
  • Create test scenarios and data sets
  • Address and manage anomalies
  • Engage with development and project teams
  • Maintain test repositories
  • Contribute to process enhancements

Collaborative Relationships:

Within the organization, the Quality Assurance Engineer interacts with Technical Leaders, Developers, Project Managers, and Architects.
