We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Spraying Systems Co. in Gardanne, France.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in France. You will work closely with our sales team to create quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send quotes to clients in a timely manner
- Update client information in our ERP/CRM system
- Process and track orders in our ERP system
- Ensure smooth logistics and communication with clients and production sites
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
