About the Role

The Inclusion Coordinator will join the team at UFCV to promote and implement the Charter for Inclusive Leisure in Seine-Maritime. This role will involve working closely with the PRH 76 team to develop and maintain a network of stakeholders and partners, and to provide support and resources to structures and professionals in the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for promoting the Charter and its values among stakeholders and partners
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the PRH 76 team, local authorities, and community groups
• Provide support and resources to structures and professionals in the department, including training and capacity-building initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Charter and its implementation, and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the PRH 76 team to develop and implement a communication strategy for the Charter

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in social work, education, or a related field
• Experience in community engagement, inclusion, and accessibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in French and English
