We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the industrialization of our next-gen biofarming solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, developing, and optimizing production methodologies for manufacturing and assembly of Biopods.
Responsibilities- Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFMA) initiatives to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to maximize overall equipment effectiveness while ensuring safety and quality.
- Set targets and drive projects to meet those targets from the product conception phase to the production launch.
- Implement lean manufacturing approaches to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and modify line layouts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and work instructions to ensure smooth production operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by characterizing and optimizing processes.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to define, qualify, and track new processes and associated work instructions, equipment, tools, materials, and training.
- Champion the maintenance of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans.
- Develop specifications to assist in process improvement, including assembly equipment, storage equipment, and standard and specialized line display equipment.
- BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Material, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience and exceptional ability.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.
- Paris, France
