About the Role

Ergalis GD is seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to contribute to the revenue performance of our company. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our commercial strategy and products to a portfolio of stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and promote our commercial strategy and products to a portfolio of stores.
  • Revitalize underperforming stores by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Offer personalized support to improve performance and drive sales growth.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Inform stores about sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Recommend product substitutions during shortages to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of seafood products and the ability to provide tailored advice to stores.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills to effectively collaborate with stores and internal teams.
