Job Title: Financial Analyst

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Strategic Manager's Deputy of the Finance Department and will be integrated into a team of eight people.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive annual cash flow profile for CCMSA, taking into account various financial scenarios and projections.
• Update the profile and analyze deviations in relation to changes with regulatory bodies and other funders, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Participate in the implementation of CCMSA's investment strategy, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth.
• Design a set of coherent and financing tracking files, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Update financial tools and systems in relation to changes in the chart of accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations.
• Participate in annual closing activities, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with financial regulations.
• Write analytical notes and procedures, providing clear and concise financial guidance to stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing service activities, providing financial support to various departments and teams.

Profile:

Your Skills:

• Graduate in finance, accounting, or a related field, with previous experience in a corporate accounting role.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and mechanisms, including financial software and tools.
• Sense of responsibility, anticipation, and meeting deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
• Reactive, organized, and ensuring the reliability of processed information, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Anticipation and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in computer and office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel, with advanced functions and formulas.

Your Education:

Graduate in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
