Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience managing complex international projects? We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at VINCI Construction Grands Projets.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the construction of a major project in France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project and develop your skills in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the construction activities of the project team
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in international projects
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
