About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radioprotection Specialist to join our team at ALTRAD ENDEL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe management of interventions in nuclear power plants in accordance with control procedures, safety rules, and current regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement prevention plans
  • Monitor the entry and exit of personnel in controlled areas
  • Accommodate new arrivals and conduct dosimetric follow-up
  • Verify the validity of authorizations and manage permits
  • Check equipment and calibrate before each intervention
  • Manage equipment loans, maintenance, and decontamination
  • Sort and categorize intervention materials in controlled areas
  • Verify periodic contamination of controlled areas (cold and warm vestiaries)
  • Update technical documentation (radioprotection range)
  • Participate in on-site safety animation and raise awareness among personnel on radioprotection issues
  • Contribute to the follow-up and treatment of discrepancies on construction sites during control and audit activities
Requirements
  • Hold a Bac+2 degree in Radioprotection or equivalent
  • Have at least one year of experience in this field
  • Be mobile to accompany personnel on construction sites (priority given to the South-West region, but national travel possible)
  • Be interested in discovering the industrial sector with a company established in the French industrial landscape
