Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SW Delivery Leader/Manager to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading software delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control activities in accordance with the project's engineering discipline and design rules, following the Clean Project Management (CPM) methodology.
- Ensure robust design and validation in line with economic objectives.
- Examine internal and customer requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding, and acceptance testing.
- Apply normalization rules, with the exception of requesting deviations based on justified reasons.
- Prepare and lead engineering discipline reviews.
- Interface with customers to provide technical information and updates.
- Report progress and escalate information to the technical product manager, project leader, and engineering team.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to allocated resources.
- Contribute to identifying resource, equipment, and investment needs.
- Establish detailed activity schedules to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project activities and expenses to ensure budget and timeline compliance.
- Manage and coordinate team members, assigning tasks and reviewing progress.
- Regularly review team alignment with project needs and resource availability with the project leader and engineering team.
Requirements
