Role Overview
As a Financial Accountant reporting to the Accounting Director, you will oversee accounting functions and engage in tax-related activities for a portfolio of entities both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining comprehensive general and cost accounting records, including supplier invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Managing and overseeing group-related transactions, including intercompany dealings and internal invoicing.
- Collaborating with Management Control to prepare accounting revisions.
- Monitoring results closely and investigating any discrepancies.
- Preparing documentation and assisting in the preparation of the balance sheet, either independently or with some guidance.
- Compiling tax statements.
- A two-year technical degree (BTS) or a degree in accounting/management (DCG).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, including 1 or 2 years in a corporate environment.
- As you will be interacting with various departments, strong interpersonal skills are essential.
