Job Title: Service Inside Sales

At Epiroc Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Inside Sales professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of hydraulic attachment tools, ground engaging tools, and infrastructure battery-powered hand tools and attachments.

As a Service Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for communicating technical information to customers, confirming compliance with contracts and conditions of sale, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate technical information to customers and provide solutions to their needs
  • Confirm compliance with contracts and conditions of sale
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical expertise
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BAC+2 level training (BTS/DUT in commerce, sales, commercial negotiation, customer relations, commercial secretarial work) and/or strong experience in the function
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and commercial law
  • Mastering administrative management
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and possibly an additional foreign language
