Job Summary
The Faculty Dean will lead a team of educators to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of industry and community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to ensure training programs meet their educational, organizational, and financial outcomes.
Drive change and innovation in line with TAFE SA's Strategic Plan and the State's Skills Strategy.
Enhance the public image and reputation of the School as a center of excellence.
Foster partnerships with industry sectors to ensure the School meets current and future training needs.
Lead improvement initiatives in education and training delivery to ensure training is relevant, contemporary, and high quality.
