Automotive Specialist / Agricultural Machinery Expert

Mission Description

As part of the Auto Claims Department, we are seeking a new team member to join us as an Automotive Specialist focusing on Agricultural Machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following an incident, you will assess the causes, verify the circumstances, and estimate the damages incurred by the insured while ensuring compliance with the insurance policy.
• You will evaluate applicable liabilities and identify potential recourse options.
• You will assist, guide, and advise policyholders throughout their claims process.
• You will conduct, manage, and perform audits at repair shops.
• You will also carry out audits at independent expert firms.
• You will provide advice and support to the commercial network and internal departments of Groupama Centre Manche.
• You will engage with our policyholders and conduct preventive actions in the field based on identified needs.
• You will prepare expert reports and adhere to established management timelines.
• You will work on the development, implementation, and monitoring of action plans aimed at cost control.
• You will participate in IT projects or initiatives related to cost management with the Group or the Regional Fund.
• You will contribute to enhancing the visibility of Groupama Centre Manche both internally and externally.
• You will provide technical assistance to our claims services.

You will be required to travel across the eight departments of Groupama Centre Manche to support independent experts.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in automotive expertise with experience in Agricultural Machinery and/or automotive sectors (Workshop Manager, After-Sales Service Manager)
• In-depth technical knowledge of agricultural equipment
• Familiarity with Insurance Law is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation techniques.
• Analytical and synthesis skills along with strong writing abilities are essential.
