Senior RAMS Manager for Turnkey Projects

Alstom is seeking a Senior RAMS Manager to join its Turnkey RAMS team in Paris Saint-Ouen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenders and global railway projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements in terms of planning, cost, and quality.

The RAMS team currently manages several projects in France and worldwide, including the Toulouse Metro, Grand Paris L18, and Athens metro. The Senior RAMS Manager will be the point of contact for RAMS topics, setting up and carrying out RAMS activities under their responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing RAMS activities compliant with Alstom's commitments in terms of Quality, Costs, and Delays
  • Planning and delivering RAMS deliverables in a timely manner to achieve project milestones
  • Ensuring the quality of RAMS deliverables and fostering their acceptance by customers, independent parties, and safety authorities
  • Convincing customers and other stakeholders of Alstom's approach and methodology for RAM and safety management

Requirements include:

  • Advanced University Degree in Engineering, RAMS, or equivalent
  • Technical experience: knowledge on railway systems
  • 8-12 years of successful experience with a minimum of 5 years as a RAM/Safety Management preferably in the railway industry
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of priorities
  • Structured and organized with hands-on approach
  • Able to work on international and multicultural projects
  • Fluent in English
