Job Title: Basware Technical Expertise Consultant

ENGIE IT is seeking a highly skilled Basware Technical Expertise Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Basware solutions for ENGIE entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in projects to implement Basware solutions for ENGIE entities, ensuring a deep understanding of each entity's information, contacts, and specificities.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and stability of Basware by conducting thorough tests, analyses, and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform rigorous testing to guarantee Basware meets internal requirements and functions correctly.
  • Develop excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the software publisher, internal teams, and suppliers (French and professional English level).
  • Maintain knowledge of Basware integration with SAP and the I2P process (invoices to pay) from both Basware and SAP perspectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with requirements related to the electronic invoicing reform of the DGFIP (French Tax Administration).
