Your Role as a Maintenance Technician

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of all technical equipment and installations within the hotel. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining and ensuring compliance of rooms to guarantee the safety and comfort of our guests. You will collaborate with the technical manager, adhering to maintenance procedures and upholding brand and hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by tailoring interventions to guest needs.
• Execute minor maintenance tasks, follow instructions, and address unforeseen issues promptly.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Implement corrective action plans provided by the technical manager effectively.
• Adhere to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules diligently.
• Ensure compliance with water hygiene procedures.
• Uphold brand and hotel-defined procedures and policies consistently.

• Proven experience in technical maintenance and repair.
