Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated computational scientist to join our team at SFBI. As a key member of our research group, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the field of genomics and bioinformatics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement novel algorithms for integrating large-scale experimental genomics datasets
  • Analyze scRNAseq, ATACseq, and TCRseq data to gain insights into the transcriptomic and epigenetic landscape of T-cell therapy
  • Work with state-of-the-art computational infrastructure to accomplish research goals
  • Collaborate with experimental biologists to advance discoveries
Requirements
  • PhD in a computational field with experience in scRNAseq, ATAC, and TCRseq analysis
  • PromethION analysis knowledge is a plus
  • Basic immunology knowledge is required

Payment is according to the Gustave Roussy pay scale (70-78K euros).
