**Job Summary:**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Trainee to join our team in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement production of thickness and deformation measurement equipment for silicon wafers, ensuring high precision and accuracy.
- Develop an automated recipe creation system for ellipsometers based on production line products, streamlining our manufacturing process.
- Define and set up backup loops for metrology measurements between sites, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
**Requirements:**
- Background in physical measurements, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or physics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
**Preferred Schedule:** 3 days at work / 2 days at school, allowing for a balance between work and academic responsibilities.
