AXA Group Operations is seeking an experienced Access Management Expert to join our Identity and Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE). As part of our One Identity Program, we are implementing a new Group Authentication / Access Management platform using Ping Identity solutions in the cloud.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying globally shared products in the IAM space for employees, partners, and customer users of AXA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new use cases, such as new authentication methods and policies, and infrastructure extension
  • Increasing our ability to manage new AXA global strategic orientations and initiatives
  • Defining and implementing migration strategies from legacy platforms
  • Providing support during the demand management process and analyzing client requirements
  • Contributing to knowledge management and documentation
  • Participating in problem management and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Access Management related standards and protocols, such as SAML 2.0, and familiarity with Product Management, Project Management, and Service Management practices. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
