About the Job:
As a Data Business Analyst at AXA Group Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data solutions
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Strong knowledge of data governance policies and procedures
