Position Overview

Your Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Product Development team, you will assist the Quality Manager in overseeing the post-sales product processes. Your primary objective will be to maintain the integrity of the brand and ensure product excellence, thereby building customer trust.

Key Duties

  • Engage directly with both B2C and B2B clients concerning quality-related inquiries
  • Evaluate and manage returns due to quality concerns
  • Contribute to enhancements in product quality
  • Foster improvements in customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program and seeking internship opportunities
  • Technical expertise in ski-related merchandise
  • Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
  • Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective planning capabilities
