Job Title: Integration Consulting Senior Specialist

The Amadeus Hotel IT team is dedicated to designing and delivering high-performance systems that can process tens of thousands of requests per second with exceptional accuracy and speed. Our SaaS platforms serve millions of users seeking information and reservations from tens of thousands of hotels worldwide, offering millions of hotel rooms. Leveraging our expertise in building and deploying mission-critical software for the global travel industry, we are creating the next generation of technology solutions for the hospitality industry, including reservations and distribution, high-volume data acquisition, sophisticated search engines, payment processing, hotel operations, business intelligence, and revenue management.

Your Role

As an Integration Consulting Senior Specialist, you will support the Hotel IT platform systems integration strategy. Your responsibilities will include the discovery and analysis of customer ecosystems, management of systems integration scope and flows, technical documentation, and service delivery management. You will have customer-facing responsibilities and provide integration support using Amadeus web services standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design the integration of a customer's ecosystem with Amadeus CRS/PMS.
  • Drive scoping sessions with customers and partners to understand and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with necessary teams to develop an integration solution.
  • Ensure the ecosystem is properly understood and captured, all services are mapped, integration workflows are designed, and dependencies (internal and external) are tracked.
  • Ensure the integration strategy aligns with Amadeus strategy while meeting customer needs.
  • Communicate the solution effectively within the R&D organization.
  • Present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of AHP API strategy across customers.
  • Participate in strategic decisions.
  • Drive quality among team members.
  • Design connectivity solutions and architecture.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers and partners (PMSs, OTAs, RMSs).
  • Listen to their needs, manage expectations, and set Amadeus expectations.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on the solution.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • BS required in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience using APIs – JSON, data models.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading projects.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a matrix environment.
