As a Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing resource planning strategies that meet project objectives and company deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and HR to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Analyze data trends and project requirements to predict future resource needs and forecast demand.
- Support the allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize over or underutilization.
- Develop detailed schedules and contingency plans to ensure resource availability and minimize conflicts.
- Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations in real-time to address project shifts and changes in availability.
- Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand project nuances and ensure resource distribution aligns with project objectives.
- Collaborate with HR to forecast staffing needs and recruit or train additional resources as required.
- Prepare reports to track resource status, utilization, and efficiency, providing stakeholders with transparency and insights into resource management.
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field is desirable.
- 3-5 years' proven experience in resource planning or project management roles.
- Experience in project-driven companies with multi-disciplinary and multinational environments.
- Experience with workforce planning software and advanced IT skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; French and Portuguese are an advantage.
