Transport Pool Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Pool Operations Manager at Point.P. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transport pool, including the planning and execution of delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the transport pool, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
- Develop and implement effective delivery planning strategies to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
