THE ROLEContract Type: Permanent
As a key member of a compact team reporting to the Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the product portfolio and commercial offerings
- Ensuring product alignment with client expectations and adapting to market regulations
- Monitoring the profitability and commercial success of offerings
- Addressing inquiries throughout the product lifecycle
- Conducting comprehensive analyses on product offerings (competitive landscape, market dynamics, positioning, business strategy...)
- Driving the launch of new products
- Fostering relationships with insurance partners
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized Business or Engineering institution
- Experience: At least 7 years in a comparable position within the Insurance, Banking, or Finance sectors
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attributes: Proactive, Detail-oriented, Strong project management capabilities, Excellent interpersonal skills
- Initial discussion with the Company
- Follow-up interview with the Recruitment Officer
- Final meeting with the Product Development Manager
