About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Dreux, France. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating a press for compression or gelation, using and updating manufacturing documents, and ensuring the quality of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting press operations for compression or gelation
• Using and updating manufacturing documents, including Master Production Records
• Ensuring the quality of production and performing in-process controls
• Following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in production, preferably in compression or gelation
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow written and oral instructions
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
