Position Overview:- Contract Type: Fixed-term

- Location: Paris 19th arrondissement
Iron Mountain, a prominent American firm in archiving and document management, is seeking a Records Manager for its Information Governance & Document Services (IGDS) Business Unit in France. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of records managers and archivists to catalog technical archives for a public sector client.Key Responsibilities:
- Document management: inventory, categorization, analysis, preparation for digitization, quality assurance, and packaging
- Support project management by updating project plans and metrics, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Professional experience: Experienced
- Technical skills: proficiency in archival description, evaluation and selection of archives, knowledge of legislative frameworks, IT skills
- Soft skills: exceptional writing abilities, meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, adaptability, interpersonal skills, teamwork
- Position specifics: frequent handling operations, potential underground work
- Degree in Archival Studies, familiarity with contemporary archives management, relevant professional experience
