About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Retail Experience department at Coty, a leading luxury beauty company, as a Skincare Education Assistant Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training tools, mobile learnings, and selling techniques for beauty advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop branded and transversal training tools with the Education Project Manager for each launch and for global tools.
  • Develop skincare mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile app.
  • Develop selling techniques and update existing tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Trade Marketing departments.
  • Ensure deadlines, delivery, and implementation of assets, and optimize work tools, processes, and communication.
  • Help plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions.
Requirements
  • Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university.
  • Previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Creative, open-minded, proactive, and teamwork-oriented individual.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Skincare and/or beauty enthusiast.
  • Digital savvy.
  • Retail-minded and consumer-centric.
