Lead a Dynamic Youth Organization

Fédération Nationale Profession Sport & Loisirs seeks a passionate and experienced leader to guide our youth association and social center. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by fostering a positive and supportive environment for young people.

• Strategic Direction: Oversee the overall management of the association, ensuring alignment with its mission and strategic goals.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster individual growth and collective success.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the center, including program delivery, resource management, and adherence to best practices.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the association's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible allocation of resources.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, including city officials, partner organizations, and families, to enhance our impact and visibility within the community.

This is a permanent contract position offering a competitive salary based on Collective Agreement, with opportunities for career progression.
