Storage Solutions Architect

At AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch), we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of their storage infrastructure.

We're seeking a seasoned Storage Solutions Architect to join our team, who will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge storage solutions for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our product and field teams to develop and deploy data workloads on AWS infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement best-in-class storage infrastructure solutions for all stages of customer and product lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in storage and data strategies, including software development and IT implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evangelize and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on storage and data-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with IT network architectures, including layers and protocols (Ethernet, BGP, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, VPN, VLAN...).
  • Experience with design, implementation, and maintenance of data center networking environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT storage architectures and their integration into large-scale production applications.
  • Scripting experience (Powershell, Python, bash, etc.).
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and how Storage technology is leveraged for modern data solutions.
