Job Summary

The FPSO Lead Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for the general administration of Human Resources (HR) for the FPSO package, advising Project Management on HR and Technical Assistance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the human resources and administrative work related to the development of the blocks 20 and 21 project abroad before the FID date scheduled for Q1/Q2 2023.
  2. Organize the team relocation to Southeast Asia, including traveling, visas, lodging, local transportation, and related tasks.
  3. Mobilize local resources for the fabrication yards.
  4. Manage all Human Resources activities within the FPSO team.
  5. Oversee all administrative activities within the FPSO team, including secretary duties, document control, and related tasks.
  6. Team management of 5 to 10 persons.

Mission

  1. Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE.
  2. Implement HSE requirements within the area of responsibility.
  3. Assist the FPSO Manager and the project PCM.
  4. Liaise and regularly communicate with the Affiliate entities on FPSO Package Manager requests.
  5. Develop and update the mobilization/demobilization plan and organization charts in coordination with Project Management and the FPSO Manager during all phases of the Project.
  6. Maintain Manpower Requests and Job Descriptions in coordination with the FPSO Manager.
  7. Monitor personnel working on the FPSO package in coordination with the PCM team and control expenses in line with approved budgets.
  8. Develop and/or update procedures related to the management and administration of Project personnel according to Project-specific conditions and in compliance with local rules.
  9. Organize all activities necessary for lodging, schooling, transportation, visas, and related tasks.
  10. Organize the assignment of the team in coordination with HR.
  11. Organize local contracts for yard supervision.
  12. Assist individuals in their day-to-day HR matters and act as a facilitator throughout the project duration.
  13. Organize and supervise the secretary team and document controller, reporting to the Project PCM when needed.
  14. Ensure good coordination with Corporate and Affiliates HR teams and contribute to the application of procedures for various HR matters as directed by Project Management.
  15. Organize and participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings at the FPSO Manager's request.
  16. Assist the Contract Engineer as needed at the FPSO Manager's request.
  17. Ensure adequate and timely reporting of FPSO Package to the Project Manager.
  18. Assist the FPSO Manager with relations with Concessionaire/Partners regarding FPSO matters and prepare for and participate in Workshops & Committees with Partners and Concessionaire when required.
  19. Ensure confidentiality of all documentation produced.
