We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Transformation Lead to join our EOS program. The successful candidate will have a Business or Engineering School Degree and ~10 years' experience in Commercial and Inbound Supply roles.
They will have deep expertise in procurement operations, ideally built both at Royal Canin and across other Mars divisions, or from previous roles at other companies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Royal Canin ERP ecosystem and/or knowledge of SAP.
The Procurement Operations Transformation Lead will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Mars segments and corporate functions to drive the design, development, and configuration of standard best-practice global business capabilities.
They will also ensure new template solutions are fully tested and signed off, and knowledge of new processes is effectively transferred to the trainers in charge of end-user training.
