Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary User-Centred Design consulting team. This role will be responsible for driving the best-in-class digital transformation for our clients, ensuring that our solutions are truly user-centred and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enable the team to create user-centred solutions that address business challenges and meet user needs.
  2. Facilitate workshops, including design sprints, to drive innovation and collaboration.
  3. Develop holistic design solutions that integrate business and user needs.
  4. Create user flows, personas, design documentation, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
  5. Define UX and UI requirements to ensure a consistent experience across product, service, or solution touchpoints.
  6. Champion the purpose and value of user-centred design internally and externally.
  7. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in French and English.
  2. Strong understanding of User Experience Design and Design Thinking principles.
  3. Experience in mentoring or coaching other designers.
  4. Expertise in translating user needs to design solutions.
  5. Understanding of research techniques and usability evaluation.
  6. Proficiency in prototyping and iterating designs quickly based on user feedback.
  7. Experience in designing complex products and services in the public and private sectors.
  8. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and other design and prototyping tools.
  9. Ability to communicate design intent clearly.
  10. Over 3 years of experience in UX Design and Design Thinking.
  11. Experience working in a multidisciplinary, agile team.
