Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanic Technician to join our team at Brawo Staffing. As an Electromechanic Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless operation of equipment.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and procedures.

• Reporting and Follow-up

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and principles.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
