Piping Specialist

Linnk Group is partnering with a pioneering Chemical business to assign a Piping Specialist to their Engineering team on a contract basis in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy expertise with recommendations on Piping valves and Materials to ensure required reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with other functions such as instrumentation, process, civil, and procurement to propose technical solutions that meet quality, budget, and schedule criteria.
- Participate in inspection at the workshop and provisional/final acceptance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide Pipe Fittings & pipe valve checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Piping stress analysis
- Valve technology
- Reading and interpreting P&ID diagrams
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME B31.3, ASME B16.20, ASME B16.21, ASME B16.34, PED, and ASME IX
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the field
