Wallester is a pioneering FinTech company specializing in card issuance, payment processing, and corporate card spending solutions. Our mission is to enable businesses to integrate card payment functionalities into their daily operations within days.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and generate new business opportunities and create new revenue growth. You'll engage with potential clients, understand their payment needs, and present our solutions. You'll work closely with the Marketing Team and the BDM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, utilize various tools and strategies to generate new leads, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and conduct needs assessments to understand clients' payment processing challenges and requirements.
  • Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients, articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, track and document all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system, and ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Appetite for fintech topics.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
