Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Engineering team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing new construction and revamping projects from the initial study phase to the realization phase.
Key Responsibilities- Phase APS (Avant-Projet Sommaire)
- Rédaction du cahier des charges
- Identification des besoins et des solutions techniques
- Pilotage du budget et du planning
- Etude approfondie de la seule solution technique retenu lors de l'APS
- Définition du besoin utilisateur
- Validation des études réalisées par l'équipe projet
- Vérification que les plans sont bons pour exécution
- Validation du choix des fournisseurs, les commandes sur l'outil informatique prévu à cet effet
- Clôturer le projet et faire un retour d'expérience
- Connaissance de l'un des différents corps d'état : HVAC ou CVC, EIA, VRD, GC, IG...
- Maitrise de la gestion de projet (qualité/coût/délai) et le logiciel MSProject
- Parler anglais
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing new construction and revamping projects.
You should have a strong passion for complex projects and problem-solving. You should be curious and have a strong technical culture. You should be able to challenge your methods and ideas to continuously improve and achieve excellence.
