Actuarial Trainee

Job Opportunity in Actuarial Services

At Optimind, a leading player in the actuarial consulting market, you will join a team of over 100 experts in the Actuarial and Financial Services practice.

As a trainee/alternant, you will support teams that work with Risk Management, Actuarial, or ALM departments of insurance companies on transformation projects. You will work on various topics and benefit from the guidance of our experts to complete a internship report or a master's thesis on one of the following themes:

• Healthcare and pricing;
• Life Insurance Borrower Assurance;
• IARD - Pricing and Data Science;
• Prospective modeling;
• Data Science - Machine learning;
• IFRS 17 - Modeling or Multinorms Management.

Required Profile

• You are currently a Master's student in Actuarial Science (M1 or M2) and are looking for a M1 internship followed by a M2 alternance in actuarial science, a two-year alternance, or a M2 internship;
• You want to work with experts in the insurance sector;
• You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
