The Pays de Chateaugiron Communaute is seeking a **COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR (M/F)** to oversee and facilitate the social, cultural, and recreational initiatives of the community center in alignment with the organizational mission. This role involves engaging and mobilizing various stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and community members, while collaborating closely with the elected representatives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute programs for community engagement
- Handle administrative tasks for the organization
- Supervise human resources (9 staff members, including 2 permanent positions)
- Contribute to the overall development of the organization
Working Hours: The community center operates Monday through Friday, with evening meetings and weekend events as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile: DEJEPS qualification and relevant professional experience are required.
Contract Details:
- Immediate start available
- 1-month renewable fixed-term contract, potentially extended for long-term coverage
Compensation: Salary is determined according to the ECLAT collective agreement, including a coefficient and a company bonus, with additional seniority pay.
