As a Business Analyst,
You will assess operational business needs, transforming challenges into opportunities. You will seek effective business solutions by enhancing both automated and manual processes, as well as during change initiatives. You will conduct analyses within a defined scope, where stakeholders are either identified or clarified through your research. You will evaluate the objectives of these stakeholders and the underlying issues that arise from your analysis. You will articulate business requirements and challenges, identifying potential benefits and opportunities to resolve these issues, collaborating closely with end users.As a Business Process Analyst,
You will focus on both the current and future states (including gap analysis, which encompasses idea generation and filtering), defining the most effective business processes through IT optimization, best practices, procedures, and organizational change. You will utilize appropriate modeling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, always considering organizational expectations. You will engage with senior leadership, sharing insights and supporting decision-making processes aimed at growth. You will be the trusted advisor that clients rely on. You will establish a business process management framework with senior management, guiding the organization in ongoing process optimization. You will conduct high-level studies, with deliverables that may include strategic studies, business requirement specifications, and feasibility assessments.Candidate Profile
If you possess:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector and are comfortable with ICT terminology Experience in gathering high-level business requirements An analytical mindset and a knack for devising creative solutions A methodical and structured work approach, with a strong attention to detail The ability to manage resistance effectively, assertively communicating your viewpoints Proficiency in Dutch or French and EnglishThen you may be the ideal candidate we seek.
