Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Social Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid individuals with essential daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, including household chores and laundry.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities, such as outings, hobbies, and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in social care or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
Working Conditions
