We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Product Development Engineer to join our Product Engineering team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in product development, test programs, and fabrication processes.
- Analyze product limitations versus test programs and/or fabrication processes, and develop solutions to address these limitations.
- Develop and implement innovation and methodology activities in product engineering, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
- Support analysis of field returns (FARs) and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and improve yield, lot disposition, and cost test reduction activities.
- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent field of study.
- Good programming skills (MATLAB, Python, R, VBA).
- Experience in writing and managing large documentation projects (MS Office tools).
- Math - Data analysis/statistics skills preferred.
- Knowledge of electronics/semiconductor product development methodology or power electronics as a plus.
- Fluency in English.
