About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Advisor to join our team at DOMITYS, a leading provider of senior residences and care services. As a Commercial Advisor, you will play a key role in driving the commercial development of our residences, focusing on leasing and sales of apartments and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including seniors and their families
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our residences and services
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior care or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
