Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of projects in line with customer requirements, schedule, and costs for Idemia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document project requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Develop and maintain the project backlog, including acceptance criteria to ensure requirement coverage and traceability.
- Define project development strategy, including roadmap, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, documentation, and other relevant details.
- Lead the project's progress against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory constraints.
- Conduct risk analysis and monitor the mitigation plan to ensure project success.
- Provide vision and direction to all stakeholders, including technical teams, internal or external customers, and partners.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing deliveries and propose proactive solutions.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders.
- Own the quality, cost, and timeline of the full project.
- Support business teams as needed in offer preparation, demonstrations, product presentations, and other related activities.
- Develop, manage, and execute the development plan for one or several projects that sum up to >30k hours.
- Identify staffing needs for the project and negotiate with stakeholders in total autonomy.
- Mentor less experienced Technical Project Managers.
