Position Overview
FIRALP, a leader in the electric mobility sector, is dedicated to the installation and upkeep of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. We are seeking a Technician for Electric Vehicle Charging Systems to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the activation of charging units post-installation
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance checks
- Addressing and resolving issues during corrective maintenance
- Upholding safety regulations at all operational sites
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinating service interventions
- Managing inventory of necessary components
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in maintenance roles. A valid driver's license is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, inquisitive, organized, and focused on customer service.
