Senior Actuary

As a Senior Actuary in the Global Pricing team at SCOR, you will play a key role in shaping the company's pricing strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our pricing models.
Key Responsibilities- Support business acceptance decisions for referred pricing cases, working closely with Underwriting Risk Management and Med Underwriting and Claims teams.
- Develop and maintain pricing tools, including Excel tools and Python-based solutions, to aid in platform development and ensure a common framework for implementing pricing tools across the business.
- Collaborate with local pricing teams to ensure adherence to SCOR's pricing methodology and guidelines, and to support the development of best estimate pricing assumptions for life reinsurance risks.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational risk standards across the Life pricing function, including the development and adoption of pricing guidelines related to model construction and testing.
- Support the roll-out of the Python pricing development project, including the transition of existing tools to Python and the adoption of Python across the pricing function.
- Actuarial qualification and certification up to date, or equivalence.
- Strong experience in pricing and risk management, with a focus on life reinsurance.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with model development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international context.
